If, for any reason, you need to correct or update online the information you submitted during registration, you will need to change the information under the Profile link when logged into the Life Calculator.

SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT

This Subscriber Agreement governs your use of the website, LifeCalculator.net and all the services contained on the site, including the Network (our on-line discussion forum), all exercises, profiles, and calculations.  You should review this Subscriber Agreement and the incorporated Terms and Conditions carefully before you continue.  This Subscriber Agreement and the Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and LifeCalculator.net and its owner, The Connell Group.

BY CLICKING ON THE “I AGREE” BUTTON DURING REGISTRATION OR OTHERWISE USING ANY PORTION OF LifeCalculator.Net, INCLUDING THE NETWORK, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS.  If you click “I AGREE” without actually reading or printing out this Subscriber Agreement for further review, you are still bound by the terms of this Agreement.  By clicking “I AGREE,” you become personally and legally bound by the terms of this   Agreement and, further, you warrant that you are an ADULT and not under any disability in making this contract.

If you disagree with the terms of this Agreement, including any of the Terms and Conditions, click “I DISAGREE.”  If you click “I DISAGREE” you will not be able to proceed with the registration process to become a subscriber of LifeCalculator.Net.

By accepting this Agreement, you authorize a one-time payment to The Connell Group from the credit, debit or bank card provided in the amount of and for the term of the subscription plan you select.  Credit card information, necessary to subscribe to the website, will not be stored on LifeCalculator.net but rather by Authorize.net, a secure site. The term of a full subscription shall be for one year from the date you register your membership.  Renewal information will be provided on or before sixty days prior to the expiration of your initial membership term.

You understand and agree that the terms and conditions of this Subscriber Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions for use of the website, may be amended or modified at any time with or without notice; however, LifeCalculator.Net will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any amendments or modifications, by either posting a notice of the change or a new agreement on the website or by giving you notice via email. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to discontinue or modify LifeCalculator.net, or its availability to you, at any time.  IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT BY CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP.  Your continued participation and use of the website following our giving notice of a change will constitute a binding acceptance of the change.

This Agreement and the rights of membership it affords are not transferable.  Registration must be submitted electronically by the person purchasing the membership in order to have it activated.  Only one individual may access Lifecalculator.net at the same time using the same user name or password.  Any attempt to transfer your subscription or to alter the original identifying information submitted at initial registration WILL lead to the immediate termination of your subscription and access to the website.

All material on the website, Lifecalculator.net, is the property of LifeCalculator.Net and The Connell Group and is protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.  Any reproduction, distribution, transmittal, or otherwise providing access to the content of the website of LifeCalculator.Net or any effort to reverse engineer any of its software is expressly prohibited.  No use may be made of any material on the website without the express, written approval of The Connell Group, except as stated herein:  Permission is granted to subscribers to download and print single copies of materials from this website solely for the purpose of personal and non-commercial use.  All other copying, distribution, display, retransmission or modification of information or materials on this site, whether in electronic or hard-copy form, without the express prior written approval of the Connell Group is strictly prohibited.

You may cancel your membership at any time upon delivery of email notice to LifeCalculator.net.  However, no refunds will be made on membership fees.

Once the registration process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.  Should you experience any problem with the registration process, contact support@lifecalculator.net.  Should you fail to contact us regarding any problems you may experience, LifeCalculator.net and The Connell Group cannot be held responsible.

This Subscriber Agreement constitutes the full and complete agreement between us with respect to your membership in and use of the website, LifeCalculator.net.
